Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us through the contact form.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective items or shipping errors (same product only). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned due to change of mind (e.g., different from expected appearance)
• Used items
• Items received more than 14 days ago
• Items damaged through customer handling

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Late or Unnotified Returns

A handling fee of ¥3,000 may apply for returns made without prior notice or after the return period.
