Shipping Fee: ¥770 (tax included), flat rate for all domestic orders.

Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery Area: Japan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Date/Time: We are unable to accommodate delivery date or time requests.

Address Changes: If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Packaging: All jewelry is carefully packaged to protect the glass and silver during transit.
